The NGS Operations Room is the central core of the company. It combines innovative technology and procedure with state of the art, fully backed up communications and highly experienced staff.
It is a 24/7 facility based in the centre of the City of London for client convenience. Entry to the operations centre is controlled by fingerprint, biometric recognition technology and is restricted in line with commercial confidentiality best practice. The centre also benefits from a bespoke firewall system to protect all stored data.
The Centre is manned by highly experienced operators taken from the senior ranks of the British Army & Navy. This level of experience allows NGS to offer clients a unique level of precision & efficiency born from years of operational military service.
The Centre is IT led, client-facing and fully compliant with the insurance industry. Our head of IT security is a leading professional in his field having worked with major blue chip clients globally. The NGS systems are specified to the highest levels of compliance, disaster recovery & security protocols. The Operations Centre is designed and manned to reassure clients that NGS has the capability to deliver a service tailored to their needs. The client writes the contract. We encourage client visits by appointment.
